It is a fruity rum, with notes of chocolate, caramelised pineapple, raisins, dried apricots and barbecue smoke throughout the palate. | The first of four entries in the Heavenly Cask series, this limited-edition release from Ron Zacapa sees the iconic solera-aged rum further influenced by American whisky barrels and sherry casks.
