Havana Club 15 Year Old is a rum which has been submitted to long and patient natural ageing periods. | The first of four entries in the Heavenly Cask series, this limited-edition release from Ron Zacapa sees the iconic solera-aged rum further influenced by American whisky barrels and sherry casks. The use of sweet Pedro Xim?nez sherry butts adds a layer of dried fruit and roasted pineapple to a rich palate of vanilla, dark chocolate and banana. Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice block. | A smoky, sweet Guatemalan rum from Zacapa, Edicion Negra has been finished in a combination of ex-bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
